Terms and conditions

We cannot be held liable for any faults, omissions or errors within our materials that lead to injury or illness

While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy no responsibility is taken for errors or omissions

MacWilliam Associates are an accredited registered centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) and offer these courses at any venue throughout the UK. However packages and test papers downloaded from this web site although of a comparable standard are not directly accredited by either the CIEH or RSPH

* There are many hygiene courses and exam papers available and the standards vary enormously we have made every effort to ensure that a quality package and exam paper are produced to the highest level however there is no substitute for a full day’s training at a CIEH or similar registered centre with the recognised level two certificate awarded to successful candidates and this is often the one Environmental Health Officers prefer although there is no legal obligation to do so. We offer classroom based CIEH courses, if you would like further details tim@macwilliam.co.uk
