We will be your fire, food hygiene, health and safety trainer, consultant and advice line

to ensure you are fully up to date with new and current legislation, training all staff,

undertake risk assessments, and advising of any changes that should be made on statutory matters.

MacWilliam Associates take an active approach and will physically carry out training on site as required

on a regular basis taking on board many of the time consuming activities involved with

health and safety arrangements. All training will be tailored for the particular needs of your business,

including times, dates, frequency and numbers who can attend each session.

In doing so a good rapport and working relationship will be built throughout the business.

In accordance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order

Þ Introduce a Fire Safety Policy and emergency plan

Þ We will undertake and produce a full risk assessment and produce all documentation

Þ A Full Health and Safety Policy written and updated on a regular basis.

Þ A usable safety manual in paper and CD ROM format

Þ Regular visits to the premises to undertake audits

Þ We will carry out training for all employees in -

→ COSHH

→ Health and Safety

→ Food Hygiene

Þ Give advice and information as required on safety and employment matters

Þ Full training records, information and handouts for all staff

Þ Complete Training Records and Systems Kept Fully up to Date

Þ Provide documentation, training and information to keep all new staff trained in

health and safety specific to their department

Þ Help, advice and support on personnel based legal matters

Þ Recommend safes systems of work as appropriate

Þ Full unlimited use of our interactive web site with downloads

In addition health and safety services we will, if required, provide the following as part of the agreement -

Þ Introduce an Induction programme

Þ Write a tailor made staff hand book for you to copy and distribute, including disciplinary procedure.

Þ Information on Disablement Act and Working Time Directive.

Þ Provide a fully usable appraisal and induction system

Þ Advise on staff contracts

Þ Provide an on tap personnel and training advisory service

How Much Does the Service Cost?
